Terms and Conditions


Welcome to Supreme Detail Automotive. By booking any of our detailing services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure transparency and set expectations for both parties.

2. Booking & Payment

  • A valid booking must be confirmed via phone, email, or our online booking system.

  • A deposit may be required for certain services.

  • Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.

3. Service Scope & Additional Charges

  • Our detailing packages are designed to provide thorough and professional service. However, excessive dirt, stains, pet hair, or other extreme conditions may result in additional charges.

  • Any detailing service that exceeds the allocated time due to the condition of the vehicle will incur an additional charge of $20 per 15-minute interval.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must remove all personal belongings before the detailing appointment. Supreme Detail Automotive is not responsible for any lost or damaged items left in the vehicle.

  • The vehicle must be accessible and in a safe location for detailing to be performed.

  • If the customer is not present at the time of service, they must provide access and make payment arrangements in advance.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

  • Supreme Detail Automotive reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, including severe weather.

6. Liability & Disclaimer

  • While we take the utmost care in handling vehicles, Supreme Detail Automotive is not responsible for pre-existing damage, paint imperfections, or mechanical issues that may arise during or after the service.

  • Customers acknowledge that detailing services may not completely remove all stains, scratches, or defects.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If a customer is dissatisfied with the service, they must notify us within 24 hours of completion so that we may assess and address any issues.

8. Privacy Policy

  • Customer information is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

9. Amendments to Terms

  • Supreme Detail Automotive reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes.

By booking a service with Supreme Detail Automotive, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

All quotes provided are not final until we arrive at the job site and conduct a thorough walkthrough analysis of the conditions. We prioritize transparency and want to ensure that you receive the most accurate estimate possible. Thank you for your understanding!


Any detail that goes over the allocated time will be an extra $20 in 15 Minute intervals. Examples include Extereme Pet Hair, Excessive Mess, staining, extreme dirt, heavy water spots, Etc

Services all over Fairfield County and New Haven County, Connecticut. Surcharges may be applied for Drives longer then 30 minutes
